    Desiree Aragon uplifts clients to persevere through adversity. Her consultative strategy sessions and retreats allow for the full integration of our personal and professional lives.


    In 2017 Desiree partnered with several Celebrity Experts and business guru Brian Tracy on the collaborative book, Ready, Set, Go! Top Tips for Setting Yourself Up for Success. In 2019 she was recognized by the Women Speakers Association as a Voice of the 21st Century collaborative author which earned her a second international best-seller status along with 49 fellow power speakers from around the globe.


    Desiree has been a featured speaker at retreats and workshops for audiences in Asia, Canada, Costa Rica, and throughout the United States. She is a regional Global Business Connector for Women Speakers Association and hosts events to connect women entrepreneurs with tips and tools for thriving businesses.


    Desiree is certified to train and facilitate top rated leadership programs, deliver difficult messages, and influence with power of persuasion. She also holds a masters degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development (M.H.R.O.D)

    Desiree has a reputation for being lovingly direct and kind-hearted. From working in an office with her Mom at age nine, and into adulthood, she learned that if we really pay attention to the signs talented people show us, magic happens. Equally she could see that if we ignore the environment at work, productivity gets derailed.


    Desiree was hired into the healthcare field when she was nine months pregnant. She quickly moved up from consultant to manager to director and then onto Vice President of Human Excellence. She knows what it takes to engage and inspire top talent to their best work and love life.


    Sustaining excellence is about guiding top talent to know who they are and what they do best. Desiree removes environment, mindset, and skill based obstacles that inhibit success and replaces them with the motivation needed get results.


    Using strategies to gain buy-in, combat resistance, celebrate successes and integrate the whole person she has become a sought after friend, consultant and mentor for women entrepreneurs.

    I've consulted with entrepreneurs before their business were birthed, been a part of the speed and rigors of start-ups, enjoyed the ride through growth and expansion and even helped a client make the decision to sell her successful company.


    I've worked as an employee, a leader, and a contracted consultant for Executives, Management, Supervisors & Entrepreneurs across many different types of Industries, including:  Bio Science, Fine Arts, Entrepreneurship, Energy/Fuel, Food Service, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Online Retail, Professional Services

    EXPANSION: Healthcare has many different business units running simultaneously in one acute-care hospital. Services include: nursing, physicians, emergency rooms, surgical units, janitorial services, building maintenance, equipment management, referrals to urgent-care centers, outpatient clinics and so much more. Now expand one hospital into two or twelve or forty.

      START-UP: The Bio Science firm I worked for focused on manufacturing bio specimens for leading researchers around the world. This work environment included corporate offices, blood donation clinics, and manufacturing laboratories.


      Sustaining Excellence

      START-UP/GROWTH: For SkillSoft, I served as a Strategic Global Account Consultant.


      Technology companies focus primarily on the development and/or manufacturing of technology, or providing technology as a service. Many large tech companies are known for innovation and use electronic technologies for educational curriculum outside of a traditional classroom.


      My services in program implementation for SkillSoft included blended learning solutions to help growing organizations engage, educate, train and develop their workforce & clients. My global clients expanded across many industries. Sampling of businesses served: Adobe, NorthPoint Communications, Telus, California, Department of Justice.

      Retail and Food Service

      Culture and Accountability

      EXPANSION: At Jack in the Box, I held the role of Training Specialist.


      Retail and Food service both satisfy consumer demands through a supply chain and both have a significant problem with retention. In food service, for example, turnover can be as high as 300% in a low performing high volume urban restaurant.


      During my time with Jack in the Box, we implemented a culture change initiative. The focus was on retaining great employees using consistent messaging and performance management. We taught leaders to communicate with their teams early and often to manage their turnover effectively positively impacting morale and increasing revenue.
